Haley is a licensed independent clinical social worker for CT and MA at Access for Change in Norwell, Massachusetts who is passionate about helping others discover a sense of belonging, support, and resilience in the midst of stress and hardship. Background & Experience
Haley’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Psychology from Wellesley College and a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Trauma Practice from Simmons University. Haley has clinical experience providing therapeutic services (individual and group therapy), case management, and administrative operations on interdisciplinary teams in hospitals, private practices, and nonprofit agencies.
Haley’s areas of interest include complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. Haley utilizes strengths-based and person-centered treatment approaches drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her approach is relational, compassionate, and culturally sensitive.
